Hit the gym early this morning for chest and ran a record mile again 💪🏾🏃🏾🏋🏾 

Made two awesome records, one with a vocal but I probably won't keep it 🔊  

Saw an old friend and watched the DeRay standup, which was pretty funny. Then we watched Def Jam 25, which was crazy to see people like Martin and Eddie Griffin after so many years. Crazy. 

Couole moments today where I could've been more present. I noticed it and tapped back in, which is good, but still 🙇🏾
